At We are the Northern, we passionately believe in nurturing young entrepreneurship as a pathway for self-growth, learning, and boundless creativity.

Maybe you want to explore how you might scan and print your original drawings, or advertise your hand-crafted items. Or, perhaps you need help making a business card to cut the local neighbourhood lawns. Or, maybe you want help raising money for a local initiative that supports the community.

Whatever the case may be, we’d love to help you explore this as a creative expression, and opportunity for growth and learning.

Individuals: Apply now and receive up to 2 hours of FREE virtual assistance or digital marketing services to start or grow your small business. Please note, your child or teen must have an active product or service that they are trying to monetize.

We allot 12, 2hr slots per year (1x monthly) for this program).

Schools and Not for Profits: Schools and Not for Profits can also tap into our expertise for engaging free, small group workshops and mentorship sessions for kids in their programs under the age of 18.

We allot 6, 2hr slots per year (1x bi-monthly) for this program). In-person sessions are available in Chilliwack and Abbotsford. Virtual sessions are available across Canada.

A recent success story: Meet 4Sibs and Co.! These creative minds reached out to us for a special request - a logomark for an upcoming Christmas market they were headed to to showcase their greeting cards (that consist of the beautiful art they painted / scanned / printed onto greeting cards). They shared their sketches, and we turned their vision into a professional-grade digital file, print-ready and polished to perfection.
